RETURN POLICY

Returns are for Hautemele store credit only.

Items must be returned within 12 days.  Items must be unused, and with all HAUTEmele tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, used or altered will not be accepted.

Sale items and final clearance items are not returnable.

Please email info@hautemele.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and address for return. Please include in the email; your name, contact info, order number and reason for return.  All items returned should have a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Unidentified returns will not be accepted.

Please return your items using a traceable carrier.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  HAUTEmele does not accept responsibility until the item reaches our warehouse.

Upon receipt of your return, item(s) will be inspected and processed. An email will be sent out to notify you that we have received your return.
